Summer Solstice is our annual wear white party and our largest fundraiser of the year! This special event is held under the stars on the Parkway at the William B. Pond Recreation Area.

Help us set up for the event! This included taking down the tables, taking down the chairs, taking down lights, decorating, moving supplies back to our office, taking down the table linens, taking down the place-settings, and more. We are looking for a few drivers with trucks to help move bigger items!

Volunteers 17 and under must bring a Youth Waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Volunteers 15 and under must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian. Volunteers 18 and over must bring a completed and signed 2024 Waiver.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For the safety of our volunteers, ARPF volunteer events are subject to cancellation in the case of weather, flooding, and other natural causes. Cancellations will be posted on the ARPF calendar at least 24 hours before the event start time, and all registered volunteers will receive an email notification.

Where to meet: In William B Pond at the last parking lot at the Walnut Picnic Site.

What to wear: Comfortable clothes, sneakers/close-toes shoes, headlamp. This volunteer job requires carrying supplies.
