*Volunteers for Bike Fest must be at least 16 years old or older

Volunteer at American River Parkway Foundation's Bike Fest on May 18th! There will be exciting bike rides for all levels, a beer garden, live music, local vendors and family friendly activities! Don't miss out on this ultimate celebration of bikes, beer, food, and good times at Bike Fest 2024. Giveaway Distribution Volunteers will help organize the ride giveaways and distribute them to riders.

Volunteers 17 and under must bring a Youth Waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Volunteers 15 and under must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian. Volunteers 18 and over must bring a completed and signed 2024 Waiver.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For the safety of our volunteers, ARPF volunteer events are subject to cancellation in the case of weather, flooding, and other natural causes. Cancellations will be posted on the ARPF calendar at least 24 hours before the event start time, and all registered volunteers will receive an email notification.

What to wear: sturdy/comfortable closed-toe shoes, comfortable clothes.

What to bring: Water and a headlamp.

Parking: William B Pond. Free volunteer parking passes will be provided for volunteers.

The Festival is in the first parking lot by the Cottonwood Picnic Area.
