**All Ages Welcome**

This is the perfect volunteer opportunity for groups! An Aid station is a table on the race-course set up with nutrition for runners. This includes water & Gatorade cups and snacks. Volunteers at an aid station arrive early to find all supplies laid out and ready to set up. Volunteers will set their table up and immediately start filling water jugs and pouring cups. Once runners start passing, volunteers are on the trail handing out cups and snacks, with some filling more cups and some picking up dropped cups. This is a very important volunteer position, so we GREATLY appreciate our Aid Station Volunteers!

There are 6 aid stations along the course. This is at the William B Pond Location.

What to wear: Sturdy/comfortable closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, weather appropriate clothes. We encourage you to wear a t-shirt or hat representing your organization or ARPF!

What to bring: Water, take breaks & learn the signs of heat exhaustion, and a headlamp or flashlight

Parking: The William B Pond Aid Station is on the Jediah Smith Memorial Trail. Park in the first parking lot on your right past the pay station. Visit www.runsra.org/run-the-parkway/ to see their course map to see where your aid station is (Aid Station 1 & 6.)
