Summer Solstice is our annual wear white party and our largest fundraiser of the year! This special event is held under the stars on the Parkway at the William B. Pond Recreation Area.

Volunteer at this event by checking in guests, distributing auction bid paddles, and escorting guests to tables when necessary. This is a fast-moving volunteer shift, so we're looking for volunteers who are quick learners and work well under pressure. You must be available for a registration training before the event to learn how to use the system. If you attend the training and decide that you cannot fill this role we will find another volunteer opportunity for you at this event!

Volunteers 17 and under must bring a Youth Waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Volunteers 15 and under must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian. Volunteers 18 and over must bring a completed and signed 2023 Waiver.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For the safety of our volunteers, ARPF volunteer events are subject to cancellation in the case of weather, flooding, and other natural causes. Cancellations will be posted on the ARPF calendar at least 24 hours before the event start time, and all registered volunteers will receive an email notification.
