Summer Solstice is our annual wear white party and our largest fundraiser of the year! This special event is held under the stars on the Parkway at the William B. Pond Recreation Area.

Help us set up for the event! This included setting up the tables, setting up the chairs, setting up lights, decorating, moving supplies from our office to the event space, setting up the table linens, putting up the place-settings, centerpiece set up, registration set up, auction set up and more. We are looking for a few drivers with trucks to help move bigger items!

Volunteers 17 and under must bring a Youth Waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Volunteers 15 and under must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian. Volunteers 18 and over must bring a completed and signed 2023 Waiver.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For the safety of our volunteers, ARPF volunteer events are subject to cancellation in the case of weather, flooding, and other natural causes. Cancellations will be posted on the ARPF calendar at least 24 hours before the event start time, and all registered volunteers will receive an email notification.
