Please note:

Volunteers 18 and older must complete and bring a waiver. Any minor younger than 16 must be accompanied by an adult AND must have a youth waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian on file with ARPF. Minors age 16 and 17 can attend volunteer events unaccompanied, but must have a youth liability waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian on file with ARPF. Volunteers 18 and older must complete and bring a waiver.

The American River Parkway is much more than 4,800 acres; it is a public health asset, a wildlife corridor, an outdoor classroom, and a space for community. The American River Parkway Foundation deploys more than 5,000 volunteers each year to remove trash and invasive plants, clear trails, and repair park infrastructure, ensuring the Parkway is accessible, environmentally healthy and enjoyment for all.
