Join us for our winter planting in ARPF's Native Plant Garden! Volunteers will lay mulch, water plants, and pull weeds. Please arrive by 8:50am to sign in and receive a safety briefing. Note, planting is dependant on plant availability from the nursery. There will be volunteer work no matter what!

Volunteers 17 and under must bring a Youth Waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Volunteers 15 and under must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian. Volunteers 18 and over must bring a completed and signed 2024 Waiver.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For the safety of our volunteers, ARPF volunteer events are subject to cancellation in the case of weather, flooding, and other natural causes. Cancellations will be posted on the ARPF calendar at least 24 hours before the event start time, and all registered volunteers will receive an email notification.

ARPF provides supplies, gloves, water, and a light snack.

Where to meet: The ARPF Native Plant Garden. Volunteers can park in the ARPF parking lot, on the road directly in front of the garden, or in William B Pond with a volunteer parking pass.

What to wear: sturdy/comfortable closed-toe shoes, hat, long pants, long-sleeves, gloves, sunscreen, & bug spray.

What to bring: Water! Take breaks & learn the signs of heat exhaustion.
